Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at grandislandconcretecompany.com and any services provided by Grand Island Concrete ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
By using this website or requesting a quote or service from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into an agreement, and agree to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who contacts us through this Site.
Grand Island Concrete provides concrete contracting services including but not limited to driveway installation, patio construction, sidewalk building, foundation work, stamped and decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, floor installation, and related concrete services in Grand Island, Nebraska and surrounding communities.
Services are performed only after a written or verbal agreement has been reached between Grand Island Concrete and the customer. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
Estimates provided by Grand Island Concrete are based on site conditions, project scope, and material costs at the time of the estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed to the scope and price in writing.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed at the time of the estimate, if the project scope changes at the customer's request, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate date and project start. We will notify the customer of any pricing changes before proceeding.
All prices are in US dollars. Estimates do not include permit fees unless specifically stated in writing.
Project start dates are scheduled in good faith based on our current workload and weather conditions. Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to adjust scheduled dates due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise the quality of the work. We will notify you of any schedule changes as early as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs, materials already ordered, or other costs incurred. The specific amount will be stated in your project agreement.
We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled project if site access is not available, required permits have not been obtained, or payment terms have not been met.
Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. In general, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Specific terms will be confirmed in writing before any work starts.
Payment is due as agreed. Late payments may be subject to a late fee as specified in the project agreement. Unpaid balances may result in a lien being placed on the property in accordance with Nebraska lien laws.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of the agreement. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be provided in your project agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, our work is provided with a limited workmanship warranty covering defects in installation caused by our crew for a period of one year from the date of project completion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, freeze-thaw cycles, improper use, vehicle loads beyond design specifications, tree root intrusion, soil settlement unrelated to our work, or any cause outside of our control.
No warranty is made, express or implied, beyond what is stated in your project agreement. We disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Nebraska law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Island Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.

If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Grand Island, NE. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hall County, Nebraska.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
